Vipers Bunk Gm bine gill has locked up both goalies to identical contracts looks like around 4 years deals 44m each.

Lots of teams were very inteested in their services mostly kings and misfits were front runners to land them. One report indicated that gm terry shorts threw 5 year deal around 50m . But Gavin gill denied those reports.
Vipers championship team is returing for next season as they try to repeat as champions since misfits did in fall n winter.

Reports are coming in that pending UFA HAMEN BABBAR is dealing with an injury and as got surgery so that might affect is contract negotiations with other teams and the vipers stay tuned for more

Just got off the phone with Don Cherry and he says the misfits have been working the phones late into the night on a blockbuster trade and acquistion of free agents. Rumors say league owner and Misfit Captain Terry Short is looking to bolster his team for a run at a 3rd cup in 4 seasons in hopes of building a dynasty...after 30 plus seasons of futility with only recent success, who can blame him...Sources close to the Misfits Say some players have even approached him saying they want to play for the Misfits because of their discipline and sportsmanship. Either way look for the Misfits to come with a strong team this fall...in other news...Current Kings players and former Misfits Sunny Cheema and Brendan Turner will have their jerseys hung from the rafters of the Misfits home rinks circle of honor in recognition of their role in the Misfits unexpected Back to back championships. The ceremony will take place during the Misfits first home game this fall season...in other news still...the Army hogs are adding a couple of 60 year olds from Russia in an effort to make their them a younger team for the upcoming season..more news as it happens.

This just in goaltender Babbar was spotted earlier today taking warmup shots with his trainer at MSA this morning. He looked better then ever and said he has reached an agreement with an new team that was not named on a 8yr,$40 million contract. He also stated that the team was not the Vipers and he's decided to part ways. The rookie posted a 1.77 GAA in 7 games.

Report: Can confirm Babbar has signed a contract in the ABHL. Hearing it's a 2 year contract and that Misfits are the team that have locked the goaltender.
